Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact studio@marissalazaridis.com as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Where applicable, customers located in the European Union retain any cancellation or return rights required by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
